The Club is committed to providing our supporters with the highest standards of customer service in all areas of their dealings with the Club.
In order to facilitate this, the Club has a designated Customer Service Manager (CSM) whose primary function is to enhance the relationship between Club and supporters. The CSM will act as a link between supporters and all departments within the football club whenever necessary, in order to try and resolve issues which may arise, so that a supportive, reciprocal relationship can be maintained between all parties concerned.
The CSM can respond to customer enquiries covering a wide range of matters. Correspondence may be by letter, e-mail or telephone, and will be attended to within a 7-10 day period (in accordance with the Club's Customer Charter). In some cases, the CSM will be available to meet in person with individuals if a particular situation requires such a meeting in order to resolve a matter. In all cases, the CSM will strive to deliver a satisfactory solution to the problem which serves both the interests of the individual and the football club.
It should be noted that the CSM does not provide a 'by-pass route' to satisfying an individual's demands. If an individual has a specific enquiry or complaint about any aspect of the Club's services, all efforts should be made to resolve the issue with the appropriate departmental personnel. If no resolution can be reached at this stage, an individual may request the CSM to assist. In all cases, the CSM will seek to provide, in a polite and professional manner, a resolution which leads to a continuing, harmonious relationship between supporter and Club.
