Last chance to submit your favourite moments from the last 10-years.
The club commenced its 10-year celebrations at the Keepmoat Stadium by welcoming back former heroes, honouring our most loyal supporters, and will soon release a 10-year celebration book.
To continue the celebrations, we would like to involve the fans as much as possible in this momentous occasion. As ever we would like you to have your say on the on 2017-18 kit. This year the new strip will feature iconic events and key players from the past 10 years. The idea followed consultations with the supporters board and feedback to the In Rovers We Trust survey, allowing fans to share their personal highlights from Rovers' past 10 years.
This content is to be chosen by the Rovers fan base, by submitting your favourite event(s) or player(s), with the most frequent requests being selected.
The most popular requests will be integral to Rovers’ home shirt design. The away shirt will also include features representing our 10-year anniversary, although its location on the shirt is yet to be finalised.
The senior squad will wear the unique design for the 2017-18 campaign and can be kept as a valuable piece of memorabilia, signifying this historical landmark.
An example for the content could be:
• Doncaster Rovers 5 – 1 Southend United 16/05/08
• Doncaster Rovers 2 – 0 Sheffield United 23/10/10
• League One Championship May 2013
• Billy Sharp
• James Coppinger
In order to submit your request you can include your suggestions via email to supporterservices@clubdoncaster.co.uk with a subject heading “10-year Rovers shirt 2017”, or you can submit a paper entry to the Club Doncaster Box Office or the Club Doncaster shop.
Remember your entries must be submitted no later than midnight on January 25, 2017.
