Businesses across Doncaster will be invited to join our club in more ways than one this summer as Rovers announce plans for a summer Golf Day.
Doncaster Rovers annual golf day will not only provide the perfect networking opportunity but will also see members of the business community challenge Doncaster Rovers manager, Paul Dickov, on a different kind of playing field! Members of the Doncaster Rovers first team will also be in attendance.Teams of four will compete for the coveted title of DRFC Golf Day Champions, with the participants looking forward to a round of golf, refreshments and bacon sandwiches on arrival, goody bags, prizes and the all important presentation and a two course meal in the club house after.
Rovers Commercial Manager, Andrew Whitham, said that after a number of successful golf days in previous years, everybody was looking forward to the tee off this time round.
“It is one of the highlights in our commercial calendar. The Golf Day has always been well supported and we are confident of putting together a really great event again this year.”
Andrew added: “With the date set for late July we will be keeping our fingers crossed that the weather is kind to us once again.”
