First week of Season Ticket sales come to a close...
...and the Club can report that we have sold more Season Tickets this year than we had done at the same time last year.We would like to thank those that have bought or renewed so far and hope that you have enjoyed being part of the "Glad all Rover” element of the #MyLocalTeam campaign. Over the last 7 days we have seen our fans taking penalties on Sky TV to win £50, one fan (Sandra Fenton, pictured above) winning a jackpot of £1,879, 2015/16 replica shirts being won, money off just for buying and finally one fan winning a Club Doncaster membership, place in a team photo and much more!
Marketing and Communications Manager Ryan Murrant said: “The week started with a bang and the uptake from the fans throughout has been brilliant. The coverage this campaign has received is great and we have had some brilliant PR, something that Clubs at this level don’t usually receive.
"Thanks to those that have supported it. We believe that the campaign has offered our supporters something that has never been done before and that is what Doncaster Rovers is about, being different. It is now down to the fans and the Club, to get those that haven’t renewed and new fans down to Keepmoat Stadium for next season.
"Prices start at £299 and for only £13 a game that offers incredible value. With the unreserved seating now in place for the South Stand with the aim of a better atmosphere, we believe that next season our supporters could be part of something special.”
