Matchday Catering Changes

24 July 2014

An update on catering prices for the forthcoming season.

Centerplate, Doncaster Rovers catering partners can confirm to supporters the following changes to catering provision on match days for the 2014/15 season.

As part of a change in service operations each kiosk will now serve both food and drink with canned bitter and bottled larger available from every kiosk.  The changes mean that all Ice Bars will serve all food options, with the exception of chips (unavailable in Ice Bars due to infrastructure restrictions).

Dean Stones, Head of Catering at Centerplate, said, “We are confident that the changes made closed season to our product range tied in with the new license variation meaning alcohol will be available from all outlets and therefore will increase the speed of service to supporters using the catering facilities and guarantee a great match day experience.”

Centerplate can also confirm that the Domino’s kiosk has been removed from operation and replaced by the Flaming Good Burger branding.

Following a price review, Centreplate have also confirmed a number of price changes that will take place in 2014/15. A full list of products and prices is available HERE.

Mr Stones added, “Unfortunately last season we were unable to serve the volumes required in order to maintain the price point below £3.  We are however committed to making Keepmoat Stadium feel like home for Doncaster Rovers supporters and so are ensuring a price point of £3.20 for a pint of 1879, Doncaster Rovers bespoke bitter.

Keepmoat Stadium still remains cheaper than many other grounds in Yorkshire though and we are confident that fans this season will experience improved service levels.
