Doncaster Rovers has shown their support to the armed forces by offering them free tickets for every home game this season.
The SkyBet Championship side have teamed up with charity Tickets for Troops and will now provide 20 free tickets each game for armed forces personnel and one member of their families.
Gavin Baldwin, chief executive at Doncaster Rovers, said: “We are delighted to be able to offer members of our armed forces and their families’ free tickets to our home games.
“We recognise that we are an important part of the community and it’s great that we are able to thank the men and women who do such a fantastic job.
“Tickets for Troops is a fantastic initiative and we look forward to hosting troops at our games for many years to come.”
Tickets for Troops is also supported by a host of other Football League and Premier League clubs including Manchester United and Manchester City.
