TWO LUCKY ROVERS FANS WIN HOSPITALITY PACKAGE FOR 10
The first two winners of our prize draw have been announced today (March 5).
Peter Rice from Edenthorpe and eight year old Blake Harhoff from Thorne have both won match day hospitality for a table for ten in the lounge including hospitality dining at the home game against Huddersfield on Saturday March 8.
The prizes are part of a package set up to reward fans buying season tickets.
Eight year old Blake was over the moon when he found out he’d won, his dad Mark said: “We are all really excited. We’ve been watching Rovers for just over two years and we take Blake, his brother Luke, who is 11 and their friend Liam.
“I work a lot of Saturday’s so me and the boys mum take it in turns to take them to the match. I’m hoping to enjoy the hospitality on Saturday with family and friends.”
Peter, aged 59, who has been following Rovers since 1966, said: “I’m looking forward to the match and the hospitality. There are five of us who normally go to the home and away matches together, so we’ll all be bringing our wives along. We just hope they don’t think we always get the hospitality experience everytime!”
Jade Sims Marketing Executive for Doncaster Rovers, said: “This is a great way to reward our loyal fans for purchasing their season tickets. It is our way of saying thank you and will hopefully give our fans the opportunity to experience something they wouldn't necessarily have the chance to otherwise. We hope that Peter, Blake and their families and friends enjoy the game and the hospitality.
Further exciting prizes will be available throughout March, all those purchasing in February will be automatically included into March draws. All those who have already purchased will be entered into each prize draw.
