Ticket Purchase Procedure
At Doncaster Rovers Football Club we are committed to providing our supporters with the best possible service when it comes to purchasing tickets for all matches.
In order to further improve the service for the benefit of all, we would like all of our supporters to take note of the following ;
1. Season ticket holders are reminded that they MUST produce the season ticket book when purchasing tickets for Cup matches, Away fixtures and friendlies. This is important so that ticket office staff are not devoting unnecessary time to checking details on computer systems when other customers are patiently awaiting service. A 'like for like' entitlement applies. For example, using a Junior season ticket book (Under 11 and 12-16) only permits the purchase of a Junior ticket for the match in question. Similarly, a Concessionary season ticket book allows the purchase of a Concessionary ticket for that match. An Adult ticket cannot be purchased with the use of a Junior or a Concessionary season ticket book.
2. We would like to encourage supporters to consider purchasing tickets in advance
via one of the following systems;
ONLINE PURCHASE
Tickets can be purchased online up to 3 days before a
match and posted to the customer. This involves a £1 booking fee per ticket and 50p
postage charge to cover 1st Class Postage.
TELEPHONE BOOKING
Tickets can be purchased by telephone order and collected
on the matchday. The order must be received at the ticket office before 12 midday on
a Saturday 3pm kick off, and 4.30pm on an evening 7.45pm kick off.
This involves a 50p booking fee per ticket.
By using the above methods you can avoid queuing on a busy matchday, and also
avoid having to make a special journey to the stadium prior to matchday.
3. On a matchday tickets can only be paid for in cash, thus avoiding delays in queuing.
When purchasing at the ticket office (particularly at busy times) please decide in
advance where you wish to sit in the stadium. This will help to speed up the process
and be beneficial to everyone.
By co-operating with the above procedures we feel that all of our supporters will benefit, and we thank all of our customers for supporting these practices.
AWAY/CUP GAMES
Doncaster Rovers should like to remind all Season Ticket holders that when purchasing tickets for away matches and Cup matches (when they have priority over other supporters), they must produce the respective Season Ticket books at the Ticket Office.
If this is permitted it enables tickets for non-Season Ticket holders to be purchased during the priority period which should be exclusive to Season Ticket holders.
Doncaster Rovers FC is committed to safeguarding the benefits to which Season Ticket holders are entitled.
