WITH the three stages of work having already been conducted on the playing surface of Doncaster Rovers' Keepmoat Stadium, it has been left to nature for the past fortnight to turn the pitch into a lush, green surface.

And judging from DoncasterRoversFC.co.uk's exclusive pictures of the Keepmoat pitch, nature has been doing its job well.

Taken from the south west corner of the Keepmoat Stadium, the 400 kgs of grass seed has grown well and made the pitch that was largely brown last season into perfect base for what promises to be a superb playing surface for Doncaster Rovers' passing-brand of football that has become famous nationwide.
