Doncaster Rovers midfielder John Spicer will next year wear the number 10 shirt for the Club, changing from the number 20 shirt he wore last term.
The former Arsenal and Burnley midfielder took the number 20 shirt over from departing Doncaster Rovers legend Paul Green who moved on to Derby County, however, with the departure of Gareth Taylor following his release from Rovers, the Romford-born midfield maestro will now take the number 10 shirt.
Spicer is the only change to the squad numbers list at this point, with some numbers still remaining vacant ahead of the cut-off date by which all squad numbers will be submitted and finalised.
With the release of Darren Byfield, Jason Price, Gordon Greer and Tomi Ameobi, the number 9, 23, 24 and 31 shirts respectively are vacant - whilst the 20 shirt has now also become vacant with Spicer's move to 10. Also available at present is the 22 shirt, which was vacated by Kyle Letheren following the end of his loan spell with Rovers from Barnsley.
