Doncaster Rovers boss Sean O'Driscoll was left smiling after his side's 1-1 draw with Preston North End at Deepdale, despite taking the lead and Billy Sharp missing a second half penalty.
The Rovers manager, who is always looking for a performance from his side, was pleased with his side's efforts - especially considering Preston North End's attacking performance in the second half.
The point against Preston added to the three points picked up by Rovers against Bristol City the previous Saturday and O'Driscoll admits that it was pleasing to come off the back of two difficult away trips with four points.
"I think that, for the neutral, it was a good game to watch," said Sean after the game on RoversPlayer.
"I thought that we started as we left off against Bristol City last weekend, and I thought that we might have been out of sight at half time. Credit to Preston North End; I thought that they upped the tempo and it was end to end in the second half."

"I was pleased with the performance and I was pleased with the attitude of the players. You need a bit of luck at times and when we got the penalty and you saw Billy stepping up to it, you think he'll put it away. I think he just had one of those nights, but I was pleased with the performance and to get four points in two difficult away games is pleasing."
