Blackpool manager Ian Holloway has been full of praise for Rovers manager Sean O'Driscoll, ahead of his side entertaining Doncaster in Monday's Bank Holiday clash at Bloomfield Road.
Holloway himself has put together a fine footballing side in his first season at the helm of Blackpool; however he believes that O'Driscoll is one of - if not the best - manager in the Football League.
"I think he's not far off being the manager of the season in all the divisions," Holloway told Blackpool's Official Website.
"The way he plays, how calm he stays, he's done an absolutely magnificent job - and he's done it everywhere he's been."
"His philosophy is to play football and I think he's been a breath of fresh air in football, and maybe some of the other coaches in this country should have a look at what he does and how he does it because it's a continental style that's wonderful."
