Doncaster Rovers manager Sean O'Driscoll believes that Hull City will 'find their feet' naturally in the division following their relegation from the Premier League.
The Tigers, now under the stewardship of former Leicester City manager Nigel Pearson, arrive at the Keepmoat Stadium for the first Yorkshire derby of the season on Saturday afternoon, and O'Driscoll - speaking ahead of the match - believes that despite the adjustment, Hull will be in the promotion mix come the end of the season.
"(Coming down) is always difficult for team, unless you are West Brom, who make a real fist of being able to bounce between the Premier League and the Championship," Sean told RoversPlayer.
"What has been going on at Hull City has either been well documented or you get to know a bit of the story. For any team going from the Championship to the Premier League, it's a choice of do you spend or do you not spend. If you spend and you come down, although it's not so bad for the clubs now because of the £48 million, which will soften the blow - it's always going to be difficult to readjust."
"Hull are a team that will find their feet to readjust. They have brought in an experienced Championship manager at least and I am sure that they will not be too far away come the end of the season."
