Doncaster Rovers skipper Brian Stock has withdrawn from John Toshack's Wales squad, with the midfielder feeling a niggle with his troublesome back.

Wales are set to face Montenegro in the first game of their Euro 2012 qualifying campaign on Friday 3rd September; however Stock will miss out and use the international break to rest the niggle ahead of Rovers' visit to Watford's Vicarage Road on 11th September.

Stock was set to start against Montenegro in the absence of Arsenal's Aaron Ramsey and West Ham United's Jack Collison.
