Doncaster Rovers' Official Website spoke to Rovers' head physio John Dickens on the Thursday morning prior to the side's trip to Bristol City at the weekend, to discover the latest on the players' recoveries from injury.
It was a much shortened list to speak of, with three players recovering from their injuries and rejoining training this week, with a further player to follow shortly.

"Byron Webster is still recovering from his fractured metatarsal. He will see the specialist in another ten days time to see whether it is still healing well. If it is - great and we'll leave it - if it isn't then we may have to put a pin into the bone. The time difference between leaving it, if it's healing well and having to put a pin in the bone is roughly four or five weeks."

"Steve Brooker is recovering from his last bout of ankle surgery. He has a follow-up appointment in four weeks with the surgeon. The surgeon has been really happy with it and everything went well in surgery. He's still in a walking boot, so it is still early days. Once we get the walking boot off and start to fully rehabilitate it, we'll have a better idea of how far off he is."

"Brian Stock has had an injection into his back and that has settled down very well. He is now pain free and walking around okay and it is just a matter of seeing how he progressing after this injection. We are still looking at a week or two before we can press him further. There is a possibility that he will be back before the end of the season, how much of a possibility - we don't know yet."

"Shelton Martis will resume full training after his hamstring injury on Friday. He'll be back with the squad in a week and it is a matter of time to see how well he trains and how well Sean thinks he's doing."

"Martin Woods, Adam Lockwood and Waide Fairhurst have all resumed training and haven't suffered any reaction.
