Doncaster Rovers manager Sean O'Driscoll took something of a gamble when he signed young full back Mustapha Dumbuya in August 2009 following a pre-season trial.
However it looks as though the Rovers boss may have found a hidden gem in the right back, as Dumbuya impressed in his first season with Doncaster Rovers.
With electric pace and ability on the ball, the young London-born defender has all of the potential to become a key player in Rovers' attacking system.
Dumbuya's contract was extended by a further year in July 2010, keeping him at the Club until July 2011.
