TERRIFIC YOUNG INTAKE FOR ROVERS BELLES

Doncaster Rovers Belles are pleased to announce a number of new young signings to the club.

The Rovers Belles have recruited 16 year-olds Naomi Chadwick (pictured), Sam Kitchen, Aimee Simms, Amy Vaughan, Rosie Emerton, Olivia Murray, Jade Collier, Melissa Gordon, Lauren Kirkham, Fiona Edwards and Nicole Rush. 18 year-old Abi Garland has also been recruited to the club, along with Beth Smith, Loren Turner, Fran Speck, Ewa Kuchta and Cassie Craddock who have all moved up from last season's Belles Under-16 squad.

Naomi is a current member of the England Under-17 squad and recently made her debut against Denmark in Switzerland. Ni will be hoping to be in the England party for the U-17 Women's inaugural World Cup in New Zealand. This event is scheduled for October with the mouth-watering prospect of playing against Brazil who are in England's group. Ni is a tricky left winger who joins the Club from the Hull City Centre Of Excellence. She has a good change of pace and has very good quality on the ball.

Sam is a striker who joins the club from local side Carcroft Ladies where she has been a prolific goal scorer all the way through their club. She is a goal scorer with a good strike.

Aimee is a very strong central defender who also joins the club from the Hull City Centre of Excellence. She is good in the air, wants to defend and reads the game very well.

Amy is a talented central midfield player who arrives from the Sheffield United Academy. She has a good range of passing and possesses good quality on the ball.

Rosie is also from the Hull City Centre of Excellence. She is a very tall and athletic defender or midfield player. She is versatile, has two good feet and great energy.

Olivia is a central midfield player who joins the club from Sheffield Wednesday where she has progressed through their ranks. She is a good passer of the ball, has good energy and is very composed on the ball.

Jade is another recruit from the Hull City Centre of Excellence. She is a very tall and athletic midfield player who has two good feet and great energy.

Melissa is a young striker and again another product of the Hull City Centre of Excellence. She is another tall and athletic player who knows where the goal is.

Lauren is a goalkeeper who re-joins the club after a spell away at the Sheffield United Academy. Her handling is good, she has good reactions and is very competent positionally.

Fiona is a competent defender who also joins from the Hull Centre of Excellence. She has quality and looks to push forward as much as possible from fullback.

Nicole is a wide midfield player who arrives from Sheffield Wednesday. She has a good left foot and is a tall/athletic player.

Abi is a central midfield player who joins the club from Bradford City where she was a first team regular over the last couple of seasons. She can compete and is quite experienced for someone of her young age.

Beth is a powerful left-footed centre forward with an eye for goal. She scored goals for fun in the Belles U-16's last season.

Loren is a tall, athletic player capable of playing in a number of positions and is at ease on either side of the field

Fran is another tall strong player who has come through the ranks at the club. She can play either in defence or midfield.

Cassie is a strong no holds barred defender with a powerful right foot another product of the Belles juniors.

Ewa Kutcha is a midfield workhorse, who never gives up and will run and run all day long. She also played last season in the junior ranks of the club.

All of these players will be eligible to play for all three senior teams as they look to establish themselves within the Club.

The future certainly looks very good, with this intake of quality young players who have both the right attitude and desire to be very successful at the club.

Everyone wishes them well as they start out on their Rovers Belles careers.
