On Thursday the 8th April, the Doncaster Rovers squad visited the Astrabound indoor play centre on Wheatley Hall Road.

The visit started with the players signing autographs and posing for photos with a group of invited children in attendance, who suffer with various disabilities.

All of the children were very excited to see the squad along with Sean O'Driscoll and Richard O'Kelly, who took the time to interact with the children and their parents during a signing session, while Donny Dog kept the children entertained in the various sections of the facility as autographs were taking place.

A few of the players then proceeded to join the children in the play areas for some fun and a lot of laughter by joining them on the giant slide and having a race to the bottom. Jay Emmanuel-Thomas was the best on the slide going down several times in a row met by a group of smiling faces and demands for him to go again; which he accepted.

When the visit came to an end, the staff of Astrabound personally thanked the Rovers team and Donny Dog as they received a massive round of applause from all the parents and those who attended.

Everybody associated with Doncaster Rovers would like to thank Sean, Richard and the players - as well as everybody at Astrabound for use of their facility and for their continued sponsorship of Doncaster Rovers' Junior Rovers.
