I hope you are enjoying our second year of Championship football. The highlights for me were beating Forest, a double over Sheffield Wednesday and the 34 pass movement against QPR.
What A Journey We Have Had
I have been Chairman now for 12 years and I regard this as a golden age. No club in the Football League has made the progress we have over the last decade; officially confirmed as the biggest over achievers since the Premier league era began.
Look At Our Achievements
1. Getting promoted to the Football League at Stoke
2. Winning 3rd Division Championship when pundits thought we would be relegated
3. Winning Johnstone's Paint Trophy at Cardiff
4. Winning promotion to The Championship after 50 years, beating Leeds United 1-0 at Wembley
Work In The Community
Doncaster Rovers remain committed to giving back to the local community. In the past year we have:-
- Visited on average 30 schools per week through our Doncaster Rovers Sports Foundation • Helped raise over £12,000 for the NSPCC since April, this money will go to help local children
- Given over £200,000 worth of tickets away to local schools and community groups in order to get young people interested in their local Club
- Put over £1.2 million back into the local economy through our 'buy local' policy
- Supported local campaigns such as healthy school meals, free swimming for Under 16's and Over 60's and the Council Treasury passes, encouraging all age groups to keep fit and stay fit
But What Next?
To progress further we really need your support. To compete at the top end of the Championship we need to improve our fan base and particularly our Season Ticket sales. In recent years Watford, Hull City, Burnley and Wigan Athletic have all been promoted to the Premier League.

We have quality players, a top management team and a board who have invested over £5 million in the last 2 years.

We need your help to move to the next level and for the key signings we need. If we can increase Season Tickets, and therefore attendances, it gives us a chance. We run the Club extremely well and have a proven record of success.
