Adam joined Rovers Academy in January 2022 after coming through a thorough recruitment process.
He made an immediate impact, introducing a Futsal tournament to the programme which allows for Rovers' U9s to U12s to compete in competitions against other Rotherham United, Sheffield Wednesday, Sheffield United and Barnsley.
Adam has spent time at Rovers prior to his appointment having been a casual coach at the Eco-Power Stadium for a couple of years.
Adam's CV also consists of time at Rotherham United and teaching within primary schools.
