Charlie joined Rovers in October 2022 charged with creating the Academy player care department in a ground-breaking movement by the club.
Charlie helped create the player care department and continues to see it grow with resounding success.
Charlie is a Sport Psychologist in training with the British Psychological Society which allows for unique support for all of Rovers' Academy players that cannot be found at any other category three club.
