Craig's background started in education with Club Doncaster Sports College, and Craig brought his expertise to the Academy in November 2022.
In addition to his educational responsibilities, Craig oversees the performance analysis department.
During his time in post, Craig has introduced the player handbook which allows players from all age groups to access clips of people who play in their positions across all leagues and all ages providing extra resources to help better player development.
Craig also manages a team of volunteers who have helped provide extra content for players across the entire Academy.
