Highly experienced coach Lee, joined Rovers in July 2023 as lead youth development phase coach.
He arrived from Lincoln City where he was a YDP age group coach and has formerly managed Sheffield United Women.
Lee's role is to lead on the coaching and management of Rovers U13s-U16s squad and will work closely with the professional development phase coach on the transition from U16s football to scholarship football.
