An opportunity has arisen for an exceptional candidate to fulfil the role of Regional Talent Centre Goalkeeping Coach with Doncaster Rovers Belles LFC. The successful person will be responsible for working within the Regional Talent Centre to develop young girls within an elite environment at the Club Doncaster Sports Park.
Successful applicants will be required to plan, record, review and implement coaching sessions that complement the coaching programme, this will include the attendance at training sessions during the week at Doncaster.
Essential
- Level II coaching qualification
- Level II specific GK coaching qualification
- Prior experience of working within player development environments
- Basic First Aid for Sport
- Valid FA Coaching Licence
- Valid Safeguarding Certificates
- An understanding of elite sports environment and the ability to support parents and players during positive and testing times
Skills
- Good communication/listening skills
- Organisational skills
- IT literacy
- Flexible approach and good time management skills
Desirable
- UEFA B certificate
- Previous experience of RTC / Academy football
- Understanding and previous working knowledge of talent pathway system
