Club Doncaster platinum partner Ellgia were on hand to present People Focused Group (PFG) Intake with a signed shirt on Thursday.
The PFG was founded in Doncaster in 2010, set up as a peer-support group with the aim of people helping people, and they continue to grow with the PFG now also in Penistone, Barnsley as well.
Ellgia head of marketing and new business development David Chamberlain said: "Having judged the PFG in the Doncaster Business Awards, it was great to go back and donate a framed signed shirt, and update the one they had. As a group, they are huge supporters of Club Doncaster and Doncaster Rovers, so it meant a lot for them.
“We get the signed shirt as part of our partnership with Club Doncaster, along with a whole selection of other things and it’s fantastic to be able to use some of the inventory to help other organisations in Doncaster.”
Belles player Sophie Scargill was also in attendance and she felt it was great to reward the PFG for their support of Club Doncaster.
"I was delighted to be invited along to present the PFG with the signed shirt, they've done a lot of great work in the town to help others in their time of need, all whilst supporting the teams in the Club Doncaster family, so it is lovely to see Ellgia give back to the local community as well," she said.
"I think it just goes to show how valued the partnerships are at Club Doncaster, how everyone works together in order to show how much of a family we are here, and that they share our values about the work that goes on in our local area."
