We are looking for someone who delivers sessions with enthusiasm, inclusivity and innovation. Your day to day work will include coaching a wide variety of ages, abilities and children who vary in their interest for sport and physical activity. Following sessions, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining key links with everyone who comes into contact with the department, from the participants themselves to parents and teachers.

The successful applicant will ideally have previous knowledge and experience of working within a sports or educational environment and have experience of planning sessions that will engage with all levels of participants. A good level of education, appropriate experience and qualifications from an NGB in sports or the arts is essential to this post. It would also be advantageous to have completed a further educational qualification such as AFPE.

All applicants should be comfortable liaising with a wide variety of audiences and be able to liaise with external and internal partners to ensure we can give our participants the best possible experience during their time with us.

Club Doncaster Foundation is leading the way by changing lives across all areas of Doncaster. We have been recognised by a number of external bodies for how we engage people in positive activities through the power of sport. We offer many different opportunities from pre-school provision to activities for the elderly and we are never short of our staff and participants coming up with new ideas to enjoy and engage with us.

We look to recruit people with the desire to work within all areas of Club Doncaster who demonstrate integrity, compassion, pride and honesty and a desire to continuously improve themselves and those around them.

If you would like to apply for the role please submit a CV and full cover letter detailing why you fit the above criteria to recruitment@clubdoncasterfoundation.co.uk

Initial applications will be reviewed and we plan to undertake interviews planned for our current gap in provision on the week commencing December 14. Please note that under our casual provision the working weeks and shifts we offer to you will fluctuate over the course of the year.
