Andy Butler says the Belles are really starting to show signs of nailing down how they want to play as they prepare to face Burton Albion on Sunday.
Butler will round off his second week as the new manager with his first FAWNL Division One Midlands game against the Brewers at the weekend, and he senses the squad are really enjoying their football.
“We’ve had another good week, I think the girls have really enjoyed it, they’ve took on the information we’ve given them really well and we’ve had two more really good sessions to try and nail down what we want to do in the game,” he said.
“We’re looking forward to it, we’ve found out that the girls never give up and that’s a big thing for us, we’ve looked at Sunday and what we need to improve on and we’ll take it from there.
“We want to show that we’re more than capable of winning games, we’ll give Burton a bit of respect but we have to focus on us and concentrate on our own strengths, so like I say I’m really looking forward to getting out there on Sunday.”
Tickets for Sunday's FAWNL Division One Midlands clash with Burton Albion are priced at £3 for adults and £1 for 17 and under and are available on the gate at Oxford Street.
