Belles RTC players and parents have completed their FA playmaker introduction to coaching and refereeing.
The qualifications have been earnt as part of the campaign to #breakthebias for international women's day 2022.
RTC technical director Amanda Greenslade, said: "The Belles are looking to break the traditional historical bias in the game by supporting parents and players on their journey into coaching or officiating in the game."We have a long-standing history of supporting female coaches in the game and we are looking to continue that with the next generation of players and parents that come through the club."
