After a late Jess Andrew penalty sealed back-to-back victories for Belles on Tuesday night, Andy Butler's side travel to West Midlands on Sunday to face Solihull Moors in the FA WNL Div 1 Midlands at the ARMCO Arena.

Butler was full of praise for his team after two resilient performances in which they have taken maximum points, scoring six goals and conceding four.

Andy said: “The players deserve so much more credit for how they have applied themselves in these first two games. Their performance levels didn't drop against strong opposition, and we've kept going to the end and won the games. Their attitude has been first class - we just need to make sure we continue to building and develop as a squad.

"This will be a tough match. They've been scoring for fun and don't concede many. We need to be ready and on our game.

Solihull Moors have won two games and lost one so far this season, scoring twelve goals and conceding two - including a nine goal-to-nil defeat of Long Eaton Utd at home on the opening day.

Belles did the double over Moors last season, winning 2-0 at home with strikes from Jess Price and Niamh Doody, and then 3-1 in the reverse fixture on the last day of the season with a goal from Jasmine Saxton and a brace by Nadia Khan.

The game kicks off at 3pm, which is a change from the advertised time of 2pm.

Venue: The Armco Arena, Solihull, B92 9EJ
