The FA Women’s National League Division One North fixtures have been confirmed and the Belles will open their 2023/24 campaign with a visit to FC United of Manchester on Sunday August 20.
The first home fixture of the campaign will be a massive local derby against Leeds United on Sunday September 3. The reverse fixture will take place on Sunday January 7.
The season finishes with another local derby away at Barnsley on Sunday May 5.
The Belles will play Barnsley at home on their last league fixture prior to the Christmas break on Sunday December 3.
The new league also brings fresh challenges in the form of local rivals such as Middlesbrough, York City and Hull City with the Belles welcoming Middlesbrough to Doncaster on Sunday October 8, York on Tuesday October 10 and Hull City on Tuesday February 20.
