The Belles hit the road this weekend as they face FC Manton of Worksop in the third round of the Sheffield & Hallamshire FA County Cup on Sunday [October 15].
Belles ETC Centre Manager Shaun Hird will lead the first team into the next round of the cup following the departure of Sam Winch and Alexandre Brito Nogueira on Friday [October 13].
The Belles made the final of the competition last season but fell at the last hurdle to finish as runners up to Huddersfield Town.
The meeting with Manton is the reward for advancing through the second round following a 4-0 thumping of Rotherham United in September.
The Belles will be looking to reignite the performance levels of that South Yorkshire derby to advance into the next round and return to winning ways.
Manton operate in the Sheffield & Hallamshire Women and Girls League Open Age 3 division and currently sit fifth after five games – with just one win and four points.
Chloe Channer leads the club’s goalscoring charts with two goals from two starts.
The tie is to be played at Manton Sports, S80 2PU and entry is £2 on the gate. Kick-off is 2pm with food and drink available.
