Doncaster Rovers

Doncaster Rovers supporters who would like to request a free carers tickets must be in receipt of a high rate DLA or enhanced PIP. Supporters need to present a copy of the paperwork in person at the Club Doncaster Box Office at which point both the supporter and carer will be allocated a unique account with a Supporter ID number.

These accounts will be given specific “client types”, which will enable one disabled ticket and one carer ticket to be purchased online for fixtures going forward and will be linked together under the “Family and Friends” option.

After registering, tickets can be purchased in person, over the phone or online at https://tickets.clubdoncaster.co.uk/.

Purchasing tickets online:

First, login in by using your supporter ID and password. If you are unaware of your password choose “reset password” and follow the instructions on the email. Please note this email will only be sent out if you have registered your email address with the Club Doncaster Box Office..

Once logged in, follow these steps:

Step 1: Choose the fixture you wish to attend

Step 2: Choose the area you wish to sit

Step 3: Choose the seats you require or disabled bays if in a wheelchair.

Step 4: Proceed to your basket

Step 5: Assign owners to each seat (Disabled Supporter ID to one, and the Carers Supporter ID to the other).

Step 6: Change the price type accordingly by using the drop down box. Remember to select the correct age range for the disabled supporter and “adult” for the carer.  The carer ticket will then automatically change to a “carer” and be free of charge.

Step 7: Proceed to payment.
