Legislation and safety rules

EFL LEGISLATION

English football has united to toughen measures to tackle fan behaviour. Please be aware of new legislations in place for the 2022/23 season by clicking HERE.

SAFEGUARDING

Fans aged 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult to gain entry into the stadium.

GROUND REGULATIONS

The 2023/24 ground regulations can be found HERE.

FLAGS

Club Doncaster would like to encourage supporters to bring flags, banners and larger ‘surfing’ flags to help create a vibrant atmosphere at the stadium during sports fixtures and events.

We want to ensure everyone has the opportunity to enjoy the match safely and without obstructed views and therefore have set out guidelines for all flags, banners and surfers brought into the stadium.

Any flag or banner should have the necessary fire safety and flame retardant certification, and not on sticks/frames.

Click here to read the full guidelines for bringing flag, banners, and surfers into the Eco-Power Stadium

PITCH INCURSION

It is a criminal offense to enter the field of play without permission. Those who enter the pitch face a club ban and criminal charges.

PYROTECHNICS

Doncaster Rovers would like to remind all supporters that the use of pyrotechnic devices is strictly forbidden.

The club has a firm stance on the use of pyrotechnics, whether it be at the Eco-Power Stadium or at any other EFL ground: they can not and will not be tolerated.

SMOKING AND VAPING

The Eco-Power Stadium is a no smoking or vaping venue. Anyone found to be smoking or vaping can be ejected from the stadium.

FACEMASKS

Facemasks are optional for supporters and staff. Please be respectful of people's decisions.

UNDERAGE DRINKING
After recent instances of underage drinking at Rovers home games, we would like to remind supporters it is an offense to enter a sports ground while drunk and leaves you liable to arrest or a club ban.

PERSISTENT STANDING

Please be advised that persistent standing during the game is prohibited following new legislation from the Sports Ground Safety Authority for your safety and the safety and comfort of fellow supporters.

We politely request that all supporters remain seated for as much as possible throughout the game and that all stairwells and aisles are kept clear at all times as it may result in a reduction of the stadium's capacity.

SPECTATOR SUSPENSION AND BANNING POLICY

The club's policy on spectator suspension and banning can be found HERE.
