When visiting the Eco-Power Stadium, we want you to have the most comfortable and enjoyable experience possible.

That is why we have support structures in place across the stadium on a matchday to ensure everyone can enjoy the Rovers game.

Wheelchair users:

We pride ourselves on having excellent wheelchair facilities with good, unrestricted views of the pitch and toilet access which allows plenty of manoeuvering.

In the Solutions4Cleaning North Stand (away end) and the Polypipe South Stand, access is through the ground floor, with seating available on the bottom row. If seated in the James Coppinger West Stand, please enter through the players’ entrance where you will be guided towards an elevator that will take you up to the concourse. From there, you will be seated just outside on a spacious balcony.

Sensory issues:

At Rovers, we understand the matchday experience can become overwhelming with the volume of people, noise and general atmosphere. That is why we have a quiet room on hand that can be accessed at any point during the match.

To access the quiet room, please contact the newest steward who will be able to escort you. Once there, you are welcome to spend as long as you need until you feel comfortable returning to your seat.

Visual impairments:

We are one of a few EFL clubs to offer soccer sight services. If you have any kind of visual impairment, please contact the nearest steward before a match and they will provide you with equipment for live match commentary from your seat.

Should you experience any issues with the equipment, please report this to a steward who will be able to assist.

Disabled ticket information:

Tickets for disabled fans are offered to supporters in receipt of Disability Living Allowance (DLA) - higher level or enhanced PIP. The club may consider and grant concessions to supporters not in receipt of DLA (the club reserves the right to grant/refuse such requests at its discretion). Doncaster Rovers Football Club recognises the importance of some disabled supporters requiring an essential carer to accompany them on matchdays, and the club will grant admission free of charge to such carers. A free essential carer ticket can ONLY be used in conjunction with the relevant disabled supporter.

Disabled parking information:

At the stadium, we have 60 spaces around the inner ring, with most sold in a season package. There will be limited availability on a matchday. To enquire about booking a space, please phone the Box Office ahead of matchday on (01302) 762576.

What to expect:

We are continuing to strengthen our support for disabled supporters with more additional support being launched over the course of the 2022/23 season.

Your feedback is valuable:
