The U18s will kick-off their Youth Alliance Cup campaign against Rotherham United.
The Millers visited Doncaster last Saturday which finished in a 2-2 draw in the Youth Alliance League.
Rovers fell behind twice in that game but a determined performance from the young boys got them a point after goals from Will McGowan and Jack Watson.
For the last two years Rovers have struggled to make it past the group stage of the competition, though coming close on each occasion.
Games against Mansfield Town, Carlisle United and Fleetwood Town in the competition are to follow over the course of 2019.
The game will take place on Friday August 23. Kick-off is at 2:00pm, and entry is free at Cantley Park.
