Viking Party at the Keepmoat

Doncaster Rovers are celebrating the re-opening of the stadium with a ‘Viking party’ prior to and during the York City fixture this Saturday. Tickets are priced at just £5 for children and £10 for adults and concessions.


There are plenty of activities taking place from 12.30pm onwards, including a Viking fancy dress competition, a Rovers banner competition and spot prizes to be won.


Donny Dog, who will also be sporting a fancy dress outfit, will be available for photographs in the Club shop between 12.30pm- 1pm and from 1pm onwards, will be bounding around the stadium so make sure you say hello.


The Belle Vue Bar, formerly the Lakeside bar, will be open from 12pm and will be officially renamed and reopened by our Club Directors at 1pm. The first 50 people to arrive at the Belle Vue Bar will win a prize.


A mini activity course for kids will be set up from 1pm outside the Belle Vue Bar along with a face painter who will be on hand to add the finishing touches to your fancy dress outfits!


In the family stand concourse from 1.30pm, you can take part in the Nintendo Wii challenge or play one of our giant sized games.


Doncaster Rovers are also pleased to welcome the Mayor of Doncaster, Peter Davies, who will be cutting the ribbon on the pitch just before kick-off at 3pm, along with our Club Directors.
