A non-profit, self funding registered charity and community organisation that has been working within the Doncaster Community for over 26 years.
Since becoming a registered charity and re-forming as a sports and education foundation, the community team have seen an accelerated rise and growth in their provision of sport and physical activity opportunities for the Doncaster community.
The Community Sports & Education Foundation was originally established under the banner of Football in the Community over 26 years ago, with the aim to bring the professional club and their community closer together. Natural progression from Football in the Community resulted in the scheme being taken on to operate under the leadership of the Football League Trust. Doncaster Rovers Community Sports & Education Foundation has expanded at a phenomenal rate and we now concentrate our work in 5 key themed areas.

Our aim is to support the local community regardless of age, gender, race, religion or skill level and to promote a healthier lifestyle through sport by encouraging individuals to take part in fun based activities, which develop confidence, co-operation and education.
