Doncaster Rovers would like to acknowledge and apologise to anyone who had difficulty purchasing a ticket prior to Saturday’s clash with Scunthorpe.

Due to a fault with the VPN line from the ticket office, the system crashed for 8 minutes and this lead to a delay in purchasing tickets and consequent queues at the ticket office up to kick off.

The club don’t believe that the fault will occur again but have now created a back up procedure in the unlikely event that this happens.

Doncaster Rovers would like to encourage all fans to purchase tickets as early as possible and therefore make savings on matchday prices, to assist with this process tickets for all Rovers home league games are on sale at present and can be purchased on a matchday.  At the request of fans the club continue to accept all payment types on a matchday up to kick off but do ask fans where possible to pay cash in order to speed up transaction times.
