29 April 2013

After Rovers’ dramatic last gasp victory to secure the League One title yesterday the club is delighted to announce that the trophy presentation will take place at Keepmoat Stadium this evening.

James Coppinger’s 96th minute winner ensured that Rovers would finish top of the pile in League One and to celebrate there will be an open top bus tour immediately after the trophy has been presented to the team.

Supporters are invited to the Stadium to join in with the celebrations and witness the trophy presentation in what will be a truly momentous day.

Doors will open at 5.30pm, tickets will not be required to attend, and the trophy presentation ceremony will commence at 6.30pm.

Immediately after the presentation ceremony has been completed, there will be an open top bus tour. The bus will first tour through Lakeside before moving on to Bawtry Road, Bennetthorpe Road, Town Centre and then back to Keepmoat Stadium.

Those supporters who unable to attend the ceremony will be able to listen to the proceedings live on Rovers Player from 5.45pm.
