Wabara Extends Deal

Doncaster Rovers are delighted to announce that Reece Wabara has extended his loan deal at the club.

Reece has penned a deal which will keep them at the club until January 2014.

He has shown why he is so highly rated by parent club Manchester City with a number of impressive performances since his arrival on loan and b
oth City and Rovers have agreed that it would be beneficial for both parties if Reece's stay in Doncaster was extended.     


Manager Paul Dickov had expressed his desire to extend Reece's deal and was delighted to be able to announce it had been completed: “It’s fantastic news that Reece has agreed to stay here until January at least,” he said


“The important thing with Reece signing is that the team has gelled really well with him playing.

“I think people can see what we are trying to do and how we are trying to play - and Reece is a big part of that so to be able to keep him here is a massive lift for everybody.


“I’ve got to thank the board for making it possible for us to keep him here.”
