Doncaster Rovers would like to say a big thank you to Aaron Maxey who celebrated his 8th Birthday with a Group Experience party on Saturday at the fixture against QPR.
Aaron along with his school friends and team mates from local Junior Football team Dunscroft Welfare Under 8’s had an action packed day out at the Keepmoat Stadium.
The group kicked off the morning with a VIP stadium tour, before taking part in a DRFC football training session. Aaron and his friends then took centre stage in their role as the official guards of honour at kick off, before returning onto the pitch at half time to take part in a game of 5-a-side football in front of the Rovers faithful.
Aaron joined Dunscroft Welfare in May 2013, his favourite position is Goalkeeper and favourite player is Ross Turnbull. Aaron is an avid Rovers supporter and season ticket holder.
