Doncaster Rovers have joined forces with a host of organisations to support young people get into work in the town.
The club is staging a large recruitment event at the Keepmoat Stadium on January 16, between 3pm-6pm, to raise awareness of the job and training opportunities available for a variety of roles across Doncaster.
Doncaster Rovers Foundation, the Professional Footballers Association, Union Learning Fund and Doncaster Council’s Communities Area Team are all working together to deliver the careers fair, which is free to attend.
The event aims to encourage young people and adults to get back into education, training and employment by offering courses and apprenticeships which are available for immediate starts.
Education and training providers from across Doncaster will be attending to talk to prospective students of all ages.
Doncaster Rovers are sponsoring the event and offering the first 200 attendees (including family members) a free match ticket for their home match against Wigan Athletic on January 18.
A stadium tour is scheduled at 4:30pm as part of the recruitment day which takes place via the East Stand 'Bartercard Entrance' on Stadium Way, Doncaster.
