Rovers Assistant Manager Brian Horton spoke to Rovers Player ahead of Rovers trip to the iPro Stadium.
"The Leeds defeat was very tough to take, Brian McDertmott said after the game how tough it was for Leeds to win it.
"Derby have won six on the trot, they are on a rich vain of form, we have watched them a few times and they have some very good player. Steve McClaren has taken over as coach, Paul Simpson has had managerial experience and they have got the team playing.
"When they are on a role like that their confidence is high the way they are going but it is a game we can go and win we are capable and that is what we are going to do.
"We will do our work in the lead up to the game, asses who is fit to take part. I am looking forward to it, its a great stadium and these are the games that you want the players to turn up and play in.
"We changed formation against Leeds, bringing Mark Duffy on changed the game which can happen. If Theo's goal stands I think we go on to win the game, we were playing some good stuff."
