Rovers Manager Paul Dickov spoke to Rovers Player ahead of the visit of the Tractor Boys on Boxing Day.
Paul was asked about a points target for the festive period saying; " We have to take each game as it comes. I want to try and win every game but we know results wise recently have been poor. Losing three games on the bounce like that we have to now see a reaction, like earlier in the season where we came back and got results.
"Ipswich is a tough test but every week we have a tough test. We've just gone to Derby who have won six on the bounce and the week before Leeds, they are all top teams but we have shown that we can compete against them.
"Mick has done a fantastic job at Ipswich, as well as being a good football man, he's a good person. He has got his team organised, he has some good players and the proof is in the pudding because they are picking up results."
When asked about the January Transfer window Paul added; "We have got a list of players, I have put them to the board and hopefully we can get a few in.
"We want to strengthen all over by bringing in quality and experience which is important. We have lacked that with having the likes of Rob Jones, Chris Brown & Paul Keegan out injured but we want to get players in that are going to improve us.
