Doncaster Rovers fans will be invited to have a say in the new kit design as part of a new agreement between the club and Just Sport.
Steve Ladd from Just Sport said: “Just Sport are proud to continue our association with Doncaster Rovers Football Club having grown a successful partnership over the past 2 and a half seasons.
“We are delighted to announce the extension of the deal between Just Sport and DRFC and work is already underway to design and manufacture new kits and training wear for the 2013/14 season.
“Next season's kit will be a bespoke kit to the Football Club, making the design unique for the fans. Supporter feedback is important to us and next season's kit will be heavily influenced by various supporter groups who have been approached by the club for their views and ideas.
“We understand the importance of the Red and White hoops to the supporters and we want to manufacture a kit that the supporters are not only proud to wear as it’s a Doncaster Rovers Shirt, but because they were part of the design process. Our goal is to manufacture a shirt by the fans for the fans and we are really excited by the project that lies ahead.”
The new agreement will see Just Sport manufacture the kit and manage the club shop at Doncaster Rovers for a further three years.
Shaun Lockwood, Marketing Manager for Doncaster Rovers said: “Our working relationship with Just Sport is going from strength to strength. We are always keen to develop long term relationships with companies who commit to going that extra mile for our fans.
“As part of this new deal we will we inviting fans to have opportunity to be involved in the kit design and this process will start within the next few weeks with a series of votes.”
