Development Process
Player Development Centres
- All players of ages 5 – 11 will be invited into the skill development schools at the first rung of the development programme.
- Players are coached in 6 week blocks and are reviewed at the end of each 6 week block.
- When a player shows promise, he will be invited from a skill development school to a age specific Development Centre, either Pre Academy for U7 & 8 or Centre for Excellence for U9-12.
- Development Academies are operated at ages ,U9,U10,U11 & U12.
All Player Development Centres are open to all players at a cost of £30 for 6 weeks.
