Doncaster Rovers and Just Sport would like to apologise to fans for the delay in new kits arriving in the club shop.
Following a meeting today between Just Sport and the club, Just Sport have confirmed the delay in receiving the kits has been due to issues with a trusted manufacturer that they have used for ten years. The issues have not just affected Doncaster Rovers but other clubs that Just Sport supply too.
As a goodwill gesture to all our fans that have waited patiently for the new kits arrival, the club are offering a £5 club shop voucher to anyone has already pre-ordered a shirt for the 2013/14 season. The club are also extending this offer to those fans who choose to pre-order the new kits between now and 11.59pm on Thursday August 1st.
Just Sport would like to remind fans that those who pre-order in store and over the phone will have the first opportunity to collect and wear the new kit. Online pre-orders will still receive their voucher as and when kits arrive and are despatched.
The Club Shop staff and Just Sport would like to thank the Doncaster Rovers fans for their understanding and patience with regard to the new season's shirts. Although many customers are disappointed, most understood that this was due to circumstances beyond our control and have been very understanding. We will, of course, endeavour to have the shirts in store and on line as soon as we can, but would like to thank the fans, again, for their patience.
Voucher Terms & Conditions
In order to claim a £5 shop voucher, shirts must be pre-ordered prior to 11.59pm on Thursday 1st August. £5 voucher is per shirt ordered. £5 voucher is eligible between 3rd August and 31st October. Only one voucher can be redeemed per transaction.
