Doncaster Rovers are delighted to announce that first team professional Evan Finnegan has been called up to the Republic of Ireland U19s squad.
Evan, who is one of six members of last season’s Rovers U18s squad to progress through to the first team, is due to feature against Norway in two international friendly fixtures in August.
Since his arrival in England, from previous club Home Farm, Evan has caught the eye with performances showing maturity beyond his years for both the youth team last season and the first team during the pre-season.
The fixtures against Norway will be held in Bray & Dublin, Ireland, on Tuesday 13th August & Thursday 15th August respectively.
