Supporter Liaison Officer – DRFC

Doncaster Rovers Football Club is actively seeking to appoint a Supporter Liaison Officer on a voluntary basis.

This is a new role which has been introduced, not only by DRFC, but by all professional football clubs throughout Europe.

Under the UEFA Club Licensing Regulations, clubs across Europe are required to appoint a Supporter Liaison Officer (SLO) to ensure proper and constructive discourse between the club and its fans. The introduction of this UEFA licensing requirement constitutes a new landmark in club-supporter relations, and emphasises the importance which UEFA attaches to dialogue and communication between clubs and fans.

This is a valuable and challenging appointment for an individual who has the long-term interests of the club and its supporters at heart, and possesses the attributes and skills comparable with the duties involved. A comprehensive job description for the post is available HERE

Applications for the post should be submitted in writing with attached curriculum vitae to Gavin Baldwin, Chief Executive, Doncaster Rovers FC, Keepmoat Stadium, Stadium Way, Doncaster DN4 5JW

The closing date for applications is Friday 15th March.
