“In Rovers We Trust” : One Year On

2 May 2013

In April 2012 Doncaster Rovers launched “In Rovers We Trust”, our Fan Engagement strategy which has now received acclaim for being best practice across the UK.

“In Rovers We Trust” was launched with a survey giving you, the fans, the opportunity to tell us exactly what you thought of Doncaster Rovers both on and off the pitch; where we could improve, where we were successful, how valued you felt by the club and what Doncaster Rovers meant to you.

During the past year, and following relegation to League 1, the club has undergone many changes such as the stadium now falling under the control of Doncaster Rovers, and of course our promotion back to The Championship this weekend.

Hopefully you will have also noticed other subtle changes taking place throughout the season,  such as; improvements to bus services leaving the ground after matchdays, the stadium being dressed more as the home of Doncaster Rovers, and a clearer ticket pricing strategy, to name just a few.

These changes are down to the “In Rovers We Trust” project, and are based on the feedback we have received from you, our supporters, throughout the season.

Now, one year on from our initial survey, we’re asking you the fans, to tell us once more your honest opinions of Doncaster Rovers.  Your opinions do matter, so please take a few minutes and click HERE to complete our current survey.
